To Bill and family, I was extremely saddened by the news of the passing of Doris. She was so loved by all that knew her. She had such a beautiful soul. I remember the great times that our families have shared when I was younger. She helped to shape who I am! She always made things so fun for us kids, and her infectious smile drew people to her. She was definitely an original, and I will keep you all in my prayers. God wanted his Anget back, for she was definitely an Angel here on earth! Love to all,

Doris McFarland was a wonderful lady, a Proverbs 31 lady. She was like a second mother to me during my teenage years. I spent many hours, sometimes days at a time, hanging out with Cindy; their home was usually a hub of activity. Bill and Doris always made me feel welcome. One amazing thing about Doris was that she never seemed stressed-out even with so much going on. I am truly blessed to have Doris be a part of my life.
