Al Bresciani grew up in Massachusetts. He did all kinds of crazy things like dropping out of high school, going off and joining the Air Force and then the Army, which is where he flew cobra gunships in Vietnam and earned a Purple Heart serving his country. He bartended for a U.S. president, drove taxis in DC with a broken arm from racing motorcycles and owned and started many different businesses. One of his businesses led him to meet his wife, Marie Muller, whom he was married to for 45 years. They had many adventures together including having 2 children. He came to know Jesus as his Lord and savior not just in speech but in action. His life was transformed, with God first family was his top priority, but always put others before himself. Everywhere he went throughout life people were grateful and thankful to him and always wanted to shake his hand (he had a legendary grip) and looked to him for guidance and wisdom. He would always point them back the main thing, God. His life is a testimony to the life changing power of God when you let Jesus be the Lord of your life following him completely.
After 45 years, his loving wife went home to be with the Lord and God placed another wonderful woman, Connie, in his life who was by his side until the very end. They had just as many adventures and helped countless people as well up until the end. Everyone who met him loved him and had nothing but respect for him. He was a warrior and leader among men. We can proudly say he fought the good fight, he finished the race, he kept the faith and we KNOW he heard, "well done good and faithful servant." Way to go dad! We're proud of you and can't wait to see you when we get there. We all love you!
Most of all, thank you for your prayers, kindness, and for celebrating his life with us.
