Everyone knows that my mom was a feisty ole woman, but she did have her passions.
One, She loved her flowers, she would spend hours with me out at a nursery and when we were done, I had to make her empty about 4 out of the 8 wagons she filled, simply because I had no room in my truck to bring them home. She was always happy in her garden, planting something new.
Two, She was an avid reader until her eyes starting getting really bad. But if she wasn't in her garden she was reading.
Three, She loved country music. She would go see the boys play music every chance she got, and she 'loved' to dance. Now, anyone who ever saw my mom dance knew she heard a different beat of her own, but she was entertaining with her style.
Mom has outlived most of her friends, and endured a long hard battle of 18 years with Alzheimers. She would love to have given one more pool party or gone out dancing one more time. I wish both my parent could have met all their great grandchildren and great great grandchildren yet to come.
She is with dad now, and I am pretty sure she has shaken heaven up with her arrival.
Love you Mom, and always will. Give dad a big kiss from his girl for me.

I will always miss Aunt Cory! She was so much fun to be around and was the ultimate hostess when we came to visit! I'm glad she is at rest! Love to all!
