Coy Ray King, 81, of Longwood, Florida, passed away on Jan. 8, 2020. Coy served in the United States Air Force and retired from IBM. He was an active member of Westwood Church, and was civic minded. He worked on Nixon’s campaign, and got to meet Nixon’s family and GW Bush. He enjoyed watching the news and when the children were younger he was a Scout Master. Coy met his loving wife of over 60 years when she was 6 and he was 9, they were neighbors and he asked her to marry him, she did years later. He is survived by her, Sylvia “Beth”; son, Scott King; daughter and son in law, Lisa and James Greer; grandchildren, Hunter Greer, Amber Greer, Kenzie King, Austin Greer, Aidan Greer and Hope Greer; brothers, Ronnie, Johnny and Garry King and sister, Sharon Chilton.
