Deborah “Debbie” Blanton, 66, of Longwood, Florida, passed away on July 4, 2021. Born in Lakeland, Florida to Robert and Joyce Lamun, she was a lifelong resident of Florida. She worked for the City of Sanford for over 15 years.
Debbie enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and spending time at the beach, Clearwater being her favorite. She and her husband Zeb did everything together.
Debbie was active, along with her husband Zeb, in the Masonic Lodge as well as a member of Athaliah Temple No. 114, Daughters of the Nile. She was also involved for many years as Mother Advisor with the Orange Assembly # 134 Rainbow for Girls and the Florida DeMolay.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 44 years, Zeb; daughter and son in law, Mandi and Zach Walker; son, Steven; mother, Joyce Lamun; and sisters and brothers in law, Joy and David Alexander and DiAnne and Frank Stone. She was predeceased by her father, Robert “Bob” Lamun.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to US Marines Corps. Toys for Tots.
A Celebration of Debbie's Life will be conducted on Sunday, July 11, starting at 12:30pm at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte Chapel, 90 Weathersfield Avenue, Altamonte Springs 32714.
