Dorothy Frances Rice, 92, of Altamonte Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully at her home on February 15, 2015. Mrs. Rice is preceded in death by her husband W.E. Rice and her daughter Frances Rice. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Riley, her grandchildren Katherine Peschau, David Peschau and Steven Riley. She is also survived by her brother Paul Masterson and her sister Kathryn Parmenter. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to VITAS Hospice, the local Humane Society, or a charity of your choice in memory of Dorothy.
