Ed was an amazing gentleman who inspired me over the years. His love of his beautiful wife Gloria and his devotion to the history of central Florida were treasured by all who knew him.

Ed and Gloria, we have had a long and enjoyable friendship, and we remember all the good conversations, the interesting books, the great food, and the wonderful company. You have been family to us for so many years. Rest in peace.

Sunday breakfasts will not be the same without Ed!  He left a lasting impression on us.  The twinkle in his eye, his broad, broad, smile, and his endearing personality always filled up the room.  It was a fascinating hour or two each week and we loved listening to his tales about Florida, and his life experiences. We will treasure the many  entertaining and informative  self-published books he gifted to us and credit Gloria for  the  job of typing and editing said books! 
 
 Rest  In Peace dear Ed, we shall meet again!

I knew Mr and Mrs Winn from when they came in every Sunday to eat at Toojays.  Mr. Winn would tell me stories from his life and brought me books he had written.  I will always remember his quick laugh and smile.  He was a true gentleman and I will miss him terribly.  

Mr Winn was a kind,  so thoughtful. I looked so forward to seeing him when he came in the office. The books he wrote were so interesting. He also help me with my headaches. LOL   I had the honor of knowing Mr. WINN.

We so loved taking care of Mr. Winn. He told us funny stories and shared his books that were informative and funny at the same time. I was honored to take care of him at Dr. Grisaitis' office in Maitland. I will truly miss him. My very best to Mrs Winn and I know the memory of this wonderful man will live on!
