Gerald was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 23, 1940. He is proceded in death by father, John Charles Rowan; mother, Helen Teresa Rowan; brother's, Jack Rowan and Michael Rowan; sister, Patrica Rowan; daughter, Joyce Anne Rowan; and son, Marc Rowan.
Mr. Rowan is survived by his wife, Gloria Rowan; daughter's, Donna Young; Josephine LeMaster, son's, Sean Rowan, Erik Rowan; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held the part of January, 2021 in Altamonte Springs Florida. Dates and Times have not been set.
