Jeanette graduated from Barbour County High School and received her High School diploma. She was married to Thomas Kwiatkowski on July 15, 1989. Jeanette worked as a clerk for Mr. Earl K wood tax collector in Orlando. She was a member of Orlando Bible students and had a passion for gardening, attending church conventions and studying scriptures. She was a wonderful example of steadfast faith and trust in the Lord.
Jeanette is survived by her daughter, Vickie Balko, grandchildren, Jeremy Balko, Timothy Balko, and Ryan Balko, and her sister, Emogene Blicharz.
