What a wonderful and caring person. The Burton Family will miss Jim deeply. Jim and my mother Agnes had
Thursday set aside every week like clockwork to go on their little adventures together. They loved to go to the
beach and just sit and talk to anyone who was around or just drive around looking for a good lunch restaurant. ! They would come by our house and sit by the lake or just mozy to Sanford and environs to see what they could explore. They seem to always have a happy time. Jim came to just about every Burton/Thomas family function and became one of the family. Jim was a good man. We know Jim is with God now and a happy camper to be with his Lord! Agnes Burton and the rest of the family will miss Jim deeply. Ed and Gaile Thomas, John and Joy Burton, Pat and Martin Durtche and Missy and David Davidson.

To The Family of Jim Cox,

My husband and I met Jim through my sister Carlene. We would look forward to our once a year visits and the activities that Jim had planned for us. He was our tour guide and also took us to the places that had the best spaghetti! Vacations to Florida will never be the same. He was a very kind, considerate Christian gentleman. We will cherish our memories of Jim. He lived to help others. He loved his family and his friends. He was a friend of God and therefore a friend of man. He will be a treasure that we will hold in our hearts forever.
