For most of his career John proudly served as the band director for Lyman High School and he was supervisor of Fine Arts for Seminole County.
John is preceded in death by his wife LeFaun M. Blair, as well as his daughter Sara Treat.
He is survived by his daughters Ellen Blair and Susan Blair, as well as 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
