

She moved to Orlando with her family Jack, Elian and Sister Sharon in 1959. Kathy attended Evans High.
Kathy lived in Winter Park , Florida and Bellingham Washington with her Son Max Cochran before returning to Florida living in West Palm Beach. Where she worked as a draft person and later through self improvement sat for the bar exam to become a licensed Architect.
Kathy continued to grow her career as an architect working with and for HKS on several well known projects such as Atlantis in the Bahamas and The Viceroy Resort in Anguilla just to name a few.
Kathy had a passion for photography and Scuba Diving that took her to places near and far.
Kathy and David were married in 1994 and decided to follow their dreams and move to the Caribbean in 1997 where she lived for the next 20 years. Kathy lived on the islands of Roatan, St. Thomas, Bahamas, Anguilla , Nevis and St. Eustatius.
Returned to the States in 2016 later to live in her home town of Orlando.
Survived by her husband David Starr, Son Max Cochran, and Sister Sharon Gorman
Several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A graveside service for Kathy will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 TEMPLE DR, WINTER PARK, FL 32789.
Casual Attire is OK with the Family.
