Mary Elizabeth Goldey

Mary Elizabeth Goldey, age 93, of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed peacefully at her home on May 11th, 2022. Mary was born in East Orange, New Jersey on June 18th, 1928 to Henry and Emily Hickok. She was married to her husband Emmett Goldey for 37 years until his passing in 1988. Mary was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grammy and Great Grammy. Mary enjoyed gathering with family and friends and loved a good party. She touched everyone’s life in a special way and welcomed anyone to her home with open arms. She truly was such a kind and loving soul, and she will be forever missed. She is survived by her Son Clark Goldey, Daughter Carol (Goldey) Dougherty, her four grandchildren; Brian, Jonathan, Dylan and Madeline, and her great-granddaughters Lily and Eden. Please join us on Sunday, May 22nd, 2022 as we celebrate the life of Mary. A gathering of family and friends for Mary will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 90 WEATHERSFIELD AVE, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714. Following the gathering of family and friends will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Highland Memory Gardens Apopka, 3329 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703.
