I just heard about Mike's passing. I worked for Mike as bouncer at Club J in the early 90's. He was always kind to me, and I appreciated that he offered me a job when I needed it. I'm sorry for his family for their loss.  May he Rest In Peace.

Mr. Pinter came into Toojays where I've worked for over 20 years.  Always had a smile and was very nice.  I just found out he'd passed.  I will miss him and his smile.

Wow, I hate how I found out the loss of Michael.  I knew something was wrong and I called only to be turned away from his gf. We had a special chemistry and he will be missed.  He loved his kids.  I pray he didn't suffer.  He wasn't perfect but underneath the facade was such a good man. He will be missed.  I'm so glad I was able to visit several years ago I Daytona.  Love you.

I want to thank everybody who came out to Post Time Lounge for my father’s celebration of life. Seeing so many people gathered to honor him, to share stories, and to celebrate the amazing man he was meant everything to me. It was a great turnout—an incredible reminder of just how many lives he touched. I know he was looking down on us, smiling, proud of the love that surrounded him. Losing him has been the hardest thing I’ve ever faced, but knowing he was loved by so many brings me comfort. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate his life. Let’s not just remember him—let’s live by his example. Let’s love deeply, work hard, and cherish the time we have. That’s what he would want. Thank you, Dad, for everything. I love you forever.

My father was the best father in the whole wide world. He wasn’t just an incredible dad—he was an incredible person. He would have done anything, not just for me, but for anyone who needed help. This is my father, the one and only legend—Michael Pinter Jr. He wasn’t just my dad; he was a visionary, a hardworking businessman, and the successor of the first adult nightclub in the state of Florida. He ran that club, Club Juana, for 48 years, from 1971 to 2019, making it world-renowned. People came from all over to experience what he built. But for him, it was more than just a business—it was his passion, his pride, his legacy. When that club was gone, it felt like a piece of our family went with it. But my father’s influence, his dedication, and his name will never be forgotten. He taught me what it means to work hard, to believe in yourself, and to never give up on what you love. His legacy isn’t just in the club he built, but in the lessons he left behind.

Knew Michael through the British Car  Club,he was always a gentleman,easy to talk to,I will miss him do much .

I have a list as long as my arm of platitudes that describe my Cousin Mike and they all would fit Mike to a tee. Unfortunately you have heard them many times and they have lost some of their luster. But, what they don’t tell you is that he was a kid at heart. I think Christmas was his favorite time and Easter his next one. He loved throwing big parties. One of the things I remember was going Christmas shopping with him. It was if I was a little kid again. I remember a quote I heard once, it went “We cannot always adjust the music life plays but we can choose how to dance to it.” Mike was a great dancer!

In my last get well card to Mike prior to this last illness I wrote him a poem, it went like this:

Have you met my cousin Mike
If you haven’t it’s worth the hike
 He’s a man’s man both big and bold
But now like us he’s getting old
 A successful businessman with lots of heart
His friendship you won’t want to part
 You’ve got to know he’s also rich
But sometimes life can be a bitch
 He’s had great illness through the years
But fought back hard, without tears
 He’s lost his voice and cannot speak
With Vickie at his side, a cure they seek
 And when they do, listen closely and you may hear
“Hey Mable, off the table…. That quarters for the beer”

Michael was a generous and caring man.  He opened his home to his friends where we all shared many holidays with him and his family.
Michael, my friend, you will be missed.

Mr Pinter was a classy man. I grew up with Mike III and knew him as a mentor and funny guy. He always had time to talk and listen with great advice. He had a way of making you feel like family. He loved making all his business number 1. He loved his family, sports, his cars, and always dressed to the “T”. My condolences to his family and friends who were lucky enough to know him. God bless him and give everyone the strength to carry his memories with us. Truely a great man.

My heart is still broken at the thought that my long-time friend, Mike Pinter, is no longer with us. We had known each other for more than fifty years. During those last five decades, I had to come to know Mike as a generous, compassionate and loyal friend. We shared many good times together including our annual trip to Lakeland to watch Mike's beloved Detroit Tigers play my equally-beloved New York Yankees in a spring training baseball game. He so enjoyed those days and looked forward to them every year.
However, it was on the day of his passing, Wednesday, February 5th that showed Mike's true character. He could not speak well but he asked his family to call me so he could hear my voice one more time.  Now how many people would be thinking of another person in their final hours? Mike Pinter did. This act showed his true character and I will always remember that final phone call. He was a good man, husband, father and grandfather. His memory will last forever in my heart and soul. I miss him now and always will.
