Anybody who ever knew Nick Walker doesn’t need an explanation. This man has the biggest heart of any man I’ve ever met. When I was down, he’d pull me back up. When I needed something, he was always there. He was a big brother to me and I will always remember. Rest easy, bruv.

It’s so lovely to see these great memories and tributes to our nephew Nicholas, who was taken far too soon, and to see the high esteem in which he was clearly held.
We didn’t see him very often after he left for America , apart from his occasional brief visit, but he and Thomas are always remembered with love and Nicholas will be sadly missed.
We send our sincere condolences to Jackie and Thomas and Angie.
With love from Auntie Joan and Uncle Jimmy.

Nicholas was a really great person. He worked tirelessly making St Andrews Tavern the best it could ever be! He was an even better chef and his Fish & Chips are the simply the best. I know he loved rock climbing and his 4-wheel drive trucks, The Pub without Nick is unfathomable. My condolences to Jackie and his family. He will dearly be missed. Jonathan

My sister (Caroline) and I grew up with Nick and Tom, in Shavington. We have so many memories like the times we got chased out of the farmers field for climbing his apple and pear trees. Nick and Tom decided to dig a hole in the back garden. It ended up like a crater and took over the garden. They never knew why they dug it, except just wanted a hole. Dot was not happy to find her lawn transformed to soil! We are thinking of all the family and our truly sorry for us loss. Tracey & Caroline (UK)

So many stories to tell, just to tell one wouldn’t do justice to the others. From boot brow to Rotterdam to Florida and back again.

Nick was the absolute best guy. He’s been feeding me yummy food for the past 7 years. He was so talented in the kitchen. He would make his Britannia Burger sauce for me to take home. Even gave me the container to bring back for refills. He would fix my son Tyler a special meal of 3 tenders and chips. Just how he liked them! He was brilliant in so many ways. He would talk to me about Jackie. The stories of his best mates. The creations he made in his kitchen. The love he had for Jackie was inspiring. He loved hard. He was passionate about so many things. He was special. He had such a big heart and was love by everyone. I will miss him. I will pray for all that know and love him. Rest In Peace my friend. He was always there,,,,

Have many memories. The ones that stick out were our trips to Universal on Thanksgiving day. Spending the weekend with Nick at Chester and Cumbria and of course the dart nights. You will be missed by me . RIP Nick

Tom. It was me who broke Nicks fingers. Using the door of his old clapped out Ford XR3. Then the pool cue he had on his back seat. 😉😂👍 I'm sure there's load more to tell about Nick Nutter. 😉😂👍

Nick and I became friends back in secondary school in the early 80's, Workington, Cumbria. I'd love to tell you all the things we got up to but I'm sure you can guess most of it was a blast and wouldn't go down too well. All the lads we grew up with know the stories, and have stories of their own no doubt 😉😂 Nick was one of the best mates anyone could have, he was thoughtful, caring, honest, always up for a laugh. He Broke his fingers so he could have the weekend off from work when I was home on leave from the Army at the back of The Castle car park. He got more than the weekend off. Thing is, it was the hand he held his pint with.😂😭 That's was our Nick, Nick Nutter. I'm sure he showed the tattoo we all got, the same tattoo. "Pissed again" coz we were always together drinking. Getting pissed. Nick loved life and he'll be missed. Massively. He'll be having a few with his old mate "Biscuit" Stephen O Driscoll up there. RIP Marra.

I loved ♥ my brother dearly and will miss him so so very much 😞
When we hung out together we tore the town up dating back to nights out in Crewe, Nantwich and Workington... so many memories... my brother dragged me out of a restaurant once feet-first after I'd been laid out by this really big guy wielding a dog chain, I had the imprint of the chain acros my face... we laughed about it later... note to self, don't get in a fight with a bouncer and his bouncer friends lol.
My brother saved me that night!!
