Patricia Joyce Spiropoulos

Patricia Joyce Spiropoulos, 79, of Altamonte Springs, FL, passed away on September 7, 2016. She was born to the late George and Eleanor Rogers in Brooklyn, NY on March 26, 1937. Patricia loved her family. She enjoyed hosting her family for holidays and all occasions, and always cooked too much. Patricia was no stranger to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and enjoyed playing slot machines for fun and spending time with friends. She also loved animals, especially her dogs. Above all, Patricia adored her family, and she will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Angelo Spiropoulos; her son, Michael A. Contestabile; her brother, Robert Rogers; and her first husband, Vincent Contestabile Sr. Patricia is survived by her children, Lenore “Lynn” Myhre (Glen), Vincent A. Contestabile (Karen), Robert R. Contestabile, and Teresa Chamorro; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 11 from 4-8pm at Baldwin Fairchild East Altamonte, 994 E Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. A prayer service will take place at 7pm. Funeral Mass will follow on Monday, September 12 at 10:30am at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Parish, 861 Maitland Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park, FL. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Patricia to the Leukemia Foundation or St. Jude’s Hospital for Children. Arrangements are under the care of Baldwin Fairchild East Altamonte, an honored Dignity Memorial provider.
