Paul W. McDonald, 61, of Orlando, FL, passed away on July 24, 2015. He was born in Lakeland, FL and graduated from Auburndale High School, class of 1971. Paul was passionate about playing and teaching guitar, photography, animals, and history. He was a radiology technician for more than 30 years and worked at Orlando Regional Medical Center for 20 years. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Janice. He was preceded in passing by his son Quentin, his father G.W., and his father- and mother-in-law, Wilbur and Dorothy VanZant. Paul is also survived by his mother, Martha; his sister, Linda (Richard); his brother, Michael (Diane); his granddaughter, Megan; and many other close relatives and friends. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, July 30 beginning at 2pm at Baldwin Fairchild East Altamonte, 994 E Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Memorial service to follow at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society and/or Cornerstone Hospice in memory of Paul.
