He was born in Fort Myers, Florida on July 8, 1940. Robert graduated from Mainland High School and continued his education from Daytona Beach Community College where he received a Bachelor's degree.
On June 5, 1966, Robert married Lou Ellen Moore Pendle and shared over 60 years together.
Robert worked in Architecture as an Architectural Draftsman for Hunton Brady Prior Masso in Orlando, Florida.
Beyond work, Robert loved the outdoors and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Lou Ellen Pendle; his children, Mary Elizabeth Pendle Thompson, Robert Edwin Pendle, and William Thomas Pendle; and his grandchildren, Michael Lawrence Thompson, Megan Nicole Aubry, Brittany Ann Sweat, Haley Lynne Pendle, Brandon Pendle, and Breanna Pendle.
He is preceded by his brother, William A Pendle, and his grandson, Dylan Thomas Pendle.
