Ronald Lewis Murphy

Ronald Lewis Murphy, 72, of Leesburg, FL passed away on April 29, 2016. He was born to the late Robert Lewis and Eleanor Louise Murphy on October 28, 1943 in Vero Beach, FL. Murphy proudly served his country as a United States Marine. Murphy was preceded in his passing by his sister, Judy Jenkins; brother, Marvin Murphy. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa M. Corah and her husband Geoff; son, Ronald Lewis Murphy, Jr.; brothers, Jerry Murphy and Murphy James; grandchildren Casandra Lybrand, Geoffrey Corah, and Samuel Murphy; great-grandchild Isabella; and many other family members and friends. A Celebration of Murphy’s life will be held at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte, 90 Weathersfield Ave., Altamonte Springs, FL. Visitation will be from 5:30-7:00pm on Thursday, May 5 with service to follow at 7pm. A private burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Cornerstone Hospice in honor of the loving care Murphy received toward the end of his life. Arrangements are under the care of Baldwin Fairchild, an honored Dignity Memorial provider.
