

Rosa Dueno-Quinones, 95, of Winter Springs, Florida, formerly of Brooklyn, New York, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 11, 2023 under the compassionate care of Life Care Center of Altamonte Springs, Florida.
She was born on March 18, 1928, in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Tito Dueno and Octavia Quinones.
Rosa moved to the United States at 20 years old. In Brooklyn, New York, she worked in an extension cord factory. She married Juan Gonzalez in 1947 until his passing 2020. Rosa was a member of the Church of God in Brooklyn and thereafter attended Cross Life in Oviedo, Florida. After having her children, Rosa enjoyed being a homemaker. She was immaculate in keeping her home. In her later years her grandchildren brought her so much love and joy.
She is survived by her only daughter, Elsa Molina and Jose Molina of Winter Springs, Florida; Three grandchildren, Lizette Nazario, Richard Molina and a special granddaughter, Adelle Dueno; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Rosa was preceded by her first husband, Juan Gonzalez and one infant son.
A graveside service will Friday, November 17, 2023, at All Faith’s Memorial Park; 1390 Park Drive; Casselberry, Florida, with Pastor Pedro Alberto of the Iglesia Cruz de Vida (Cross Life) officiating.
