Tim was Born to Elton and Merle Naylon, who predeceased him, in Hollywood, Florida. He was one of a of six siblings—Gail Ebinger, Dennis Naylon, Dean Naylon, Neil Naylon, and Mark Naylon—who grew up together on Plunkett St. He is survived by his oldest brother Dennis, and many nieces and nephews who might even consider him their favorite uncle.
Tim shared 55 devoted years with his wife, Sandra, the love of his life that he met at age 16. Together they built a family that was the center of their lives: Christopher Naylon, Lori Sullivan, Kelly Mawhinney, and Katie Anne Naylon. His pride only grew as he became a grandfather to an exceptional group of grandsons: Max and Owen Mawhinney, Archer and Brody Sullivan, and Jack and Sam Naylon. He even has one more on the way.
Tim was happiest surrounded by family, whether camping in the mountains, setting sail on cruises, or trying his luck at a friendly casino. A Carnival Cruise Diamond member, he was both lucky in cards and—more importantly—lucky in love.
Over the years he ran his own business Naylon Air Conditioning in Hollywood, Florida and enjoyed working as a Property Manager at Sentry Property Management in Longwood, Florida. Those who knew him will remember his quiet humor, love for travel and country music in a pick up truck. He was no stranger to a Friday night family dinner at the Italian place, and loved to pull your leg.
Tim’s life will be celebrated on Saturday, August 23rd starting at 2 p.m. at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home in Altamonte Springs. All who loved him are welcome to gather, to remember, and to share a story or two—just as he would have wanted.
