Alice was born on September 21, 1934, in Crowder, Oklahoma, to Robert and Ella Campbell. She married the love of her life, Sol Causey, and together they built a beautiful life and raised six children.
Alice was feisty, strong-willed, and full of love. She proudly told everyone she was 91 years old and believed that gave her the right to say exactly what was on her mind — and she usually did. Her family was her world, and she made sure each one of them knew just how much they were loved and cherished. Being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was her greatest joy.
She loved collecting salt and pepper shakers and took pride in helping her husband manage Causey Carpet Cleaning for many years. Alice worked hard, loved deeply, and gave freely to those around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Sol Causey; her daughters, Kelly Causey and Shasta Taylor; four sisters; and one brother.
Left to carry on her legacy are her children Darrell Causey and partner Shawn, Rhonda Bustoes and husband Roy, and Elizabeth Donald and husband Jessie, along with many adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who brought her endless pride and joy.
Alice’s strength, humor, and fierce love for her family will live on in all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
