He was born in Tucumcari on April 12, 1950 to Amado and Adelicia Martinez.

He is survived by his wife; Judy, their children; Joann, Jaime, Jessica, and Jonathan,

and eight grandchildren; Jordan, Jenae, Justyne, Jasmyne, Jeremiah, Demacio, Jacelin,

and Avy. He is also survived by brothers; Eloy, Gilbert, and Raymond and sisters; Gloria,

Theresa, and Betty.
