We encourage family and friends whom are able to attend to come and celebrate her life. We’re looking forward to reminiscing and sharing fond memories of our beautiful, beloved mother with her loved ones and dear friends. Her wishes were for all of us to celebrate, rejoicing her eternal home in heaven.
She was born on February 12, 1947 to Stella Mae Bingaman and John William Bingaman. She was born and grew up in Logansport Indiana. She had a strong work ethic and had worked in multiple occupations throughout her lifetime, including factory work in her younger years, while waiting tables part time, and later had transitioned to a career change, managing convenient stores and a gift shop; as well as helping her middle son with his pizza business. She also worked in the home health care business in the latter years of her life. She enjoyed working in the public and meeting new people. Thereafter, she retired early to help care for her loving husband of many years, who had some health challenges.
She was very passionate about many things in life, however she was most passionate about spending quality time with her children, grandchildren and great grand’s. She also enjoyed quality time with her niece who was more like second daughter, Suzanne Dubois.
She was beautiful, strong, independent, loving, kind, and compassionate. She had a great sense of humor and no fear in trying new things. She gave 100% in anything she did, whether it be helping others or doing things she was passionate about. Her strength and strong will is what kept her going during times of unexpected challenges. Our mom did not believe in procrastination, but rather a get it done now mindset; one of many wonderful qualities we admired about her. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, working in her yard tending to her flowers, fishing, trips including camping, traveling to the mountains and other states. She enjoyed playing cards with her children and grandchildren, and an occasional night out on the town dancing and having fun. She enjoyed country music, however her favorite was gospel music, including listening to Alan Jackson. She never met a stranger and enjoyed the all of the blessings of life. She enjoyed church on occasion and prayer gave her much peace, especially in the last days of her life. She will be deeply missed by all those whom love and adore her!
