Billy Ray Fisher

Billy Ray Fisher, 84, of Amarillo passed away on October 14, 2018.

A celebration of Billy’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40 with Jerry Davey presiding.

Billy was born on March 12, 1934 in Earlsboro, Oklahoma to Elvis and Joise “Pearl” Fisher. He loved his family and enjoyed any chance he had to spend with them. One of his favorite pass times was attending the many family reunions throughout the years. He adored his dogs who were loyal sidekicks throughout his life. Billy was a self-driven individual. He owned his own dump truck company for many years before retirement.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents Elvis and Pearl. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Linda Sanders and her spouse Ronnie Vaughn; grandsons Heath and Troy Sanders, and his great grandchildren Makayla, Hunter, and Bella. And one sister, Evelyn Deal.
