Claudine Rozzell Chedester

Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2015 at Llano Cemetery with Pastor Carlos Jaramillo officiating.

Claudine R. Chedester was born in Clinton, Ky. to Claude and Eula B. Rozzell on August 20, 1920. Claudine was a retired seamstress at the V.A. Medical Center.

She was an avid bowler, loved traveling and was very charming with a quick wit. She cherished her family and spending time together. Claudine was a loving, caring, and selfless woman who will be desperately missed by her family.

Claudine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, L.D. Chedester, a son, Gary Allan Whitley and a brother, Clyde “Bo” Rozzell..

Claudine is survived by two daughters, Belinda McCoy and husband Frank of Mesa, Az and Tammie Whitley of Amarillo; a granddaughter, Jennifer McClendon and husband Fred; a great-grandson, Jason Forester; a great great-granddaughter, Naijah Forester; a brother, Estle B. Rozzell of Fulton, Ky; two sisters, Lawan Speight of Fulton, Ky and Montez Grant of Henderson, Tn; a stepson, Louis Chedester and step-grandchildren, Ernie and Lisa Chedester and Valerie Chedester.
