Clonnie Sue Watson

Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Griggs Schooler Gordon Funeral Home Pioneer Chapel. Arrangements are by Griggs Schooler Gordon Funeral Directors.

Clonnie was born November 16, 1943 in Hooker, OK to Ed and Gin Lening. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1962 and married John Watson on December 21, 1963. Clonnie very much enjoyed being a homemaker, taking long rides in the country, and spending time with her family and friends.

Clonnie is survived by her husband, John Watson of the home; three sons, Russ Watson and wife Sharon of Haslet, Shawn Watson and wife Susan of Amarillo and Ian Watson and wife Amy of North Richland Hills; a grandson, Ethan Watson of North Richland Hills; a granddaughter, Laney Barron of North Richland Hills; two brothers, Ridley Lening of Littleton, CO and Keith Lening and Gina Blea of Golden, CO; two aunts, Bonnie Connally of Amarillo and Eloise Lening of Louisville, Kentucky; a niece, Brook White and husband Matt and their two children, Logan and Madison of Houston; a nephew, Chad Lening of Los Angeles, CA and numerous cousins.
