Connie Kelly

She was born on March 13, 1953, in Friona, Texas, to Artis Lee and Margie Louise Mars-Fallwell.

Connie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who found joy in the simple things in life. She loved gardening, painting, and fishing. She was an avid fan of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys, and anyone who knew her could hear her proudly cheering, “Yaahhooee” Cowboys! But above all, Connie treasured the time she spent with her family. Her love, laughter, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Artis Lee and Margie Louise Mars-Fallwell, and her sister, Rhonda Field.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her two sons, Jeremy Reed and wife, Shala, of Friona, Texas, and TJ Reed of Clovis, New Mexico; her two daughters, Devona Elise Mitchell and husband, Mike, of Clovis, New Mexico, and Stephanie Reed of Clovis, New Mexico; her brother, Mike Fallwell of Dexter, New Mexico; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Connie’s memory will live on through the family she loved so dearly and the many lives she touched. Though she has left this world, her love, laughter, and unforgettable spirit will remain with her family forever.

Rest peacefully, Connie. You will be deeply loved and dearly missed.
