

David Lee Armstrong, 78, passed away in Amarillo, Texas on November 21, 2022. He was a 1962 graduate of Euclid High School, he served in the US Army from 1962 - 1965. He was married to Jeanne (Intihar) for 28 years. David obtained a technology certificate from Griswald Technical School and was a Service Technician for most of his career, working at the Sears Service Center in Warrensville Hts., and Mentor. David relocated to Nevada in 1998 where he worked as a video surveillance technician, he then spent a portion of his retirement years working for the Home Depot in Surprise, Arizona. He finally retired fully when he moved to Amarillo, TX in 2019.
Jeanne Margaret Armstrong, 80, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on March 27, 2021. Jeanne was born on January 12, 1941 to the late Mathew and Jean (nee Strekal) Intihar in Cleaveland, Ohio. She retired from the FirstEnergy Perry Nuclear Power Plant in 1995. Jeanne enjoyed baking, cooking, arts and crafts, and fully enjoyed retirement. She moved from Ohio to Las Vegas, NV in 1998, and then to Sun City Grand, Arizona in 2004, and finally to Amarillo in 2019.
David is preceded in death by his wife Jeanne, his son, David Mathew; daughter, Kimberly Couch; his parents, Albert Armstrong and Betty Day; stepmother, Mary Armstrong; one brother, Gerald; and one sister, Nancy.
David is survived by his daughters, Colleen Smith, and husband, Michael, Hope Manning and husband, Gregory, and Charity Armstrong; one brother, Richard Armstrong and wife, AnnMarie; David also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Jeanne is survived by her two sons, Steven Zablotney, of Strongsville, Ohio, and Brian Longe, of Amarillo; nine grandchildren; and one brother, Matthew Intihar and wife, Cheryl, of Florida.
