Diana Wills, 85, of Dumas, passed away on February 5, 2025. She was born on February 18, 1939, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Ollie and Vergie Morris. Diana was proud to be a member of the first graduating class of Palo Duro High School in 1957. In 1958, she married Gee Wills in Seattle, Washington, and together they created a loving family. Diana dedicated 50 years of her life to Wills Machine in Dumas, where she served as a Managing Partner until her recent illness in October of 2024. Diana was known for her love of reading, particularly detective and mystery novels, and for her passion for attending Funny Car Drag Races. She proudly sponsored the Still Crazy Race Car from Dumas for several years. Above all, she cherished her family and had a special fondness for animals, having many pets throughout her life, including peacocks and miniature donkeys. Her beloved shorkie terrier, Boopsie, was her favorite companion in her later years.
She is survived by her son, Gee Lyle Wills (Sam) III, and her grandchildren, Aliceson Cecena and Derrick Wills. Diana is preceded in death by her parents, her ex-husband Gee Wills, who passed on March 11, 2022, her brother Doug Morris, and her son Joe Plunkett.
Diana Wills will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, unwavering love for her family, and her fondness for animals. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will be cherished by all who knew her.
