Elmer was born on November 3, 1920 in Milford, Texas. He served in the United States Navy and Coast Guard and fought in the Korean War. Elmer was known as the handy man in his family and he loved to fix and tinker with things. He was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for many years and he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include a Daughter; Jean and husband Larry, a Grandson; Earl Bittick, and two Great Grandson’s; Todd and Tristan.
