Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Roy Wheeler. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Pioneer Chapel, 5400 S. Bell St.
Mrs. Dwight was born Dec. 31, 1914, in Chesterfield County, Va., to James and Lula Belcher. She married Wayland Dwight in 1969, and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Dwight was a charter member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. The family would like to thank the Nurses, CNAs and staff of Ware Living Center and Wendy Fruscella of BSA Hospice.
She also was preceded in death by two sons, Lawrence Pickford and James W. Pickford.
Survivors include her friends, Don and Janis Barnett and Deborah Welch, all of Amarillo, and “Little Girl” Jaimee Daun Larkin of Earth.
The family suggests memorials be to Amarillo Downtown Women’s Center, 409 S. Monroe St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
