Bill was an employee of Nessbaum for 20 years and for the city of Amarillo transportation department for 24 years as a bus driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Ola Norris; and his wife, Pat Norris.
Survivors include a son, Fred Norris Jr. of Amarillo; two cousins, J.W. Gooch of Lubbock and Junior Savage of Gainesville; and special friends, Albie Davis and Stewart Davis, both of Amarillo, and Cleavus Davis of Houston.
