Georgianna "Jan" Mackey 85, of Amarillo passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017. Viewing will be Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2017 in Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Mike Ecker officiating. Jan was born February 16,1932 to Earl and Nellie Anderson. She married Lee Mackey in 1950 and they enjoyed the love of classic cars. Jan loved and cherished her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, son; Bobby Mackey Sr. and all her brothers and sisters. Jan is survived by 2 grandsons and 5 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to BSA Hospice of Amarillo or Immanuel Baptist Church of Amarillo
