Howard served in the United States Marine Corp earlier in his life and was employed by Overhead Door, a car dealer and spent many years of his life in the automotive industry. Howard had an amazing impact on anyone and everyone who knew him, he was loved and cherished by all.
Howard is preceded in death by his parents Earnest and Johnnie Collins and sisters Evelyn Griggs and Sandra Shannon.
Left on this earth to carry on his legacy are his wife Margie Collins of Amarillo, TX, son Andy and wife Annette M Malacara of Amarillo, TX, brothers Jake L Collins of Lubbock, TX, Lonnie Collins of Louisa, VA, Eddie Collins of Lubbock, TX, sister Norma Facer of Lubbock, TX, grandchild Kelsie Malacara and great-grandchildren Ceilee and Hailee.
