

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with the Rev. David Schatte, associate pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Private burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Jeffrey was born April 9, 1969, in Brunswick, Maine, to Brian Lee and Virginia Carlene Hale Jackson. He married Cynthia Ann Brendle on Oct. 18, 2002, in Glen Allen, Va. He was employed with the city of Lubbock water utilities.
He was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle and nephew.
He was preceded in death by his wife in August 2004; his maternal grandfather, Allen M. Hale; his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Margaret Spencer; and an uncle, Bruce Spencer.
Survivors include his mother, Carlene Hale Miller and husband Stanley of Amarillo; his father, Brian Jackson and wife Carol of Turner, Maine; a sister, Cheryl Belk and husband Richard of Loxley, Ala.; two nieces, Pvt. Lindsey Belk of Fort Lewis, Wash., and Madison Belk of Loxley; his grandmother, Helen Hale of Amarillo; two uncles, Allen Maurice hale and wife Patti of Amarillo and Burt Spencer of Freeport, Maine; two cousins, Nathan Hale of San Francisco and Monica Hale of Amarillo; four stepbrothers, Jason Miller and family of David City, Neb., Christopher Miller and family of Henderson, Neb., Timothy Miller of Amarillo and David Ross of Standish, Maine; and a stepsister, Lori Harmon of Steep Falls, Maine.
