Memorial services with military honors will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Directors.
Jerome Harold Dumer was born February 16, 1939 in Tomah, Wisconsin to Harold and Thelma Dumer. He joined the US Army in March of 1956 and was discharged in November of 1957. Jerome then enlisted in the US Air Force in January of 1958 and was discharged in January of 1962. He married Elma Jean Howard October 5, 1962 and were together until her death in January of 1993. Jerome loved anything that had to do with guns including shooting and reloading. He loved computers, motorcycles-street and dirt, and old muscle cars.
Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife.
Jerome is survived by a son, Thomas Gene Dumer; a daughter, Jerri Diann Low; 4 grandchildren, Thomas Chad Dumer, Breanna Ashleigh Grantham, Toby Gene Dumer and Garrett Harold Low; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Judy Minor and Marcia Schroeder and a brother, David Mente.
