Jesse was born February 22, 1947 in Coolidge, Texas to Ruben and Inez Olivarez. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a hard working man who was always willing to help anyone and everyone. His family was very important to him. He loved being outdoors. He was an educated man and a strong leader. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Abel and Ernest Olivarez and two nieces Cyrene Reyes and Debra Olivarez and his grandparents.
He is survived by his children: Corbet Olivarez; Lynette Williams; Monica Garcia; and Brianna Olivarez. His siblings Rita Reyes; John Olivarez; Louis Olivarez; Ernest Olivarez; Paul Olivarez and Joe Olivarez. Along with many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
