Jimmie W Crim Sr passed on April 25th, 2026, having been born on September 7th, 1938, in McKinney, Texas. He graduated from Celina High School in 1956, he enlisted in United States Air Force in 1957, and was stationed at Warner Robins AFB, in Georgia and Amarillo Air Force base. Jim had many adventures in his life, between running a farm in NW Arkansas, to the many Restaurants and drive ins that him and his wife and children ran, before settling down and
becoming a truck driver in Amarillo Texas. Until his retirement. He married the love of his life Barbara Kay Shinn, on March 27th, 1959, they had just celebrated their 67th Wedding Anniversary. Jim loved his family deeply, he will be remembered as a steadfast hardworking man who was deeply devoted to those he loved.
He was preceded in death by his precious daughter Nola Kaye Crim, his parents Frank and Eunice Crim, Sisters Doris Davis, Janis Sterling and Frankie Brown.
He is survived by his beloved wife Barbara Kaye Crim of the home, two sons Jimmie W Jr (Linda) Crim, and Martin (Yancey) Crim. Of Amarillo, Texas, His Sister Pat Mahand of Greenville, Texas and Brother Jere Crim of Dallas, Texas.
He is survived by his Grandchildren; Christopher, Blake and Chelsea, Miles and Haley, six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
