Joan was born December 10, 1941 in Salem New Jersey. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Russell Seagraves and a son Joseph Dean Holland.
She is survived by her children Stephanie Holland, Billie Jo Wokaly and husband Dwayne, Cindy Holland and Mary Ann Routh. Sister Ruth Ann Kelly and a brother Donald Allen Seagraves and Bill Seagraves. Thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
