Joanne was a lifetime resident of Amarillo. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1949. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Griggs Schooler Gordon Funeral Directors Pioneer Chapel with Pastor Jim Shelburne officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Joanne is survived by long time friend Kim Craig; 1 sister Lois Grisson and husband Bobby;3 brothers; John Adams and wife Marlene; Raymond Adams; Jim Butler and wife Judy. 2 cousins Frances Matthews, Gwen Dyer. Several nieces and nephews.
