Dear Friend,
Although Robert and I never knew Steve, we know that you loved him and for us that is enough for us to love him too. We have been friends with you since before you married Steve and it is our good fortune to have been able to keep in touch and enjoy our relationship over the years. Please know we share your sadness and loss and are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. We have every confidence that you will be given the strength and courage you need during this time. You are a strong person and one we certainly value. We are here for you anytime you feel like a meal and visit together.
Many blessings, Leticia and Robert Goodrich.

Shirley, you and Steve loved each other for half a century. Saying goodbye has got to be the hardest thing ever.
