Private services were in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements were by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.
Johnny was born June 30, 1935, in Amarillo. He served his country in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed planting flowers and gardening. He loved his dogs, Lucky and Dollie. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Willa Stover; his wife, Barbara Jean Stover; two sisters, Mary Lou Patterson and Billie Mask; and a brother, Jimmy Lewis Stover.
Survivors include his loving children, Johnny Mack Stover Jr., Susan Brown, Sherry Stover, Jimmy Stover and wife Faye and Pattie Casey and husband Tommy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
