Judith Harris Sandlin died Saturday June 25, 2016. Services will by Friday July 1 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. Services will be led by Pastor Gil Hiltbruner. Judy was born March 30, 1941 to Evelyn and W.L. Harris Jr. in Amarillo, TX. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1959. She received her ADN in nursing from Amarillo College in 1976 and practice nursing in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit at Southwest Osteopathic Hospital in Amarillo. Judy was a home health care nurse until she retired.
Judy was preceded in death by her Father, W.L. Harris Jr. She is survived by her mother Evelyn Harris of Amarillo, daughter Valerie Boatwright and husband Jerry of Albuquerque, son Jim Sandlin of Lake Oswego, Oregon, grandson Andrew Boatwright of Albuquerque, brother Marvin Harris and wife Rosemary of Bellingham, Washington, sister Jayne Heinen and husband Pete of Amarillo, TX, nieces Audrey Navarro, Lindsay Rayburn, Carly Varner, Adrienne Barrett, and nephew Jordan Harris.
