Julian Guzman, also known as “JG”, was sent to the United States at a young age to be able to have a better future. Julian was a people person and was the life of the party he loved to dance and could out dance anyone. Julian was always making everyone laugh and there was never a dull moment in the mitts of having a good time, he was sure to invest in the future for his family.
Julian also had a tough side but everyone knew the doors to his home were always open and you always felt at home. He was always a very hard worker, he worked at Farmer Dale Processing Company, Palo Duró Meats and retired from the City of Amarillo. Today, with much love, family and friends are united to celebrate the life of our beloved Julian "JG" Guzman.
Julián Guzmán también conocido como “JG” fue enviado a los Estados Unidos a una edad temprana para poder tener un mejor futuro. Julian era una persona sociable y era el alma de la fiesta. Le encantaba bailar y podía superar a cualquiera. Julian siempre hacía reír a todos. Nunca hubo un momento de muñeca en los guantes para pasar un buen rato, se aseguró de invertir en el futuro. para su familia
Julian también tenía un lado duro, pero todos sabían que las puertas de su casa siempre estaban abiertas y siempre te sentías como en casa. Siempre fue muy trabajador. Trabajó en Farmer Dale Y se jubiló de la ciudad de Amarillo. Hoy con mucho amor, familiares y amigos se reunen para celebrar la vida de nuestro querido Julián "JG" Guzmán.
Julian is preceded in death by his parents Bartolo Guzmán & Juana Arvizu de Guzmán & Sister Virginia Pérez.
Left on this earth to carry on his legacy are his loving wife, Abundia Guzman, his four children Claudia, Julian, Sara y Luis (Starla Guzman), five grandchildren; Juanito, Yesi, Genesis, Jacob and Josue, siblings; Juan, Senovia, Bertha, Manuel, Antonia, Esther y Lalo along with many nieces, nephews, cousin and friends that have become family.
A visitation for Julian will be held Monday, March 7, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 East Interstate 40, Amarillo, Texas 79118. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers are Julian Guzman, Luis Guzman, Marcos Guzman, Isaac Fuentes, Israel Guzman, Tommy Guzman, Robert Hernandez, Eric Guzman, Juan Ortega, Jacob Holguin, Josue Guzman, Miguel Guzman, Fernando Guzman, Antonio Cuellar and Jesus Cabello.
