Karen loved to eat at Jorge’s. Usually enchiladas. Since it was easier for her to eat at home, she always requested her doggie bag shortly after ordering. But she loved having that food to enjoy leisurely. Will miss those times. Her faith was so genuine and she was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Life was a struggle, financially, but she never complained and was always grateful to the Lord for his gift of salvation.

Karen was one the kindest, sweetest, God loving women I have known. Not only was she a sister in Christ but a very special friend. I will so miss our talks. Her faith and belief in Jesus was very deep. Know she is dancing and singing now.
