Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday May 3, 2013 in Hillside Christian Church West Campus with Greg Corona officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.
Ken was born Aug. 19, 1947, in Memphis and went to be with his Lord April 10, 2013. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and grandfather. He encouraged and helped others achieve their needs and wants before considering his own. Ken loved riding his Harley and being a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. Some of his favorite times were those spent with his precious granddaughter, Lennon. He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. Ken was a member of Hillside Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Trina Henderson of Amarillo; two sons, Zack Henderson of Oklahoma and Alex Henderson of Kyle; two stepsons, William Ashcraft and wife Jennifer and John Ashcraft, all of Amarillo; two brothers, Mack Henderson and wife Janis of Amarillo and Bill Henderson and wife Kenda of Placitas, N.M.; and a precious granddaughter, Lennon Gossett.
