

Went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2025 at age 89. Born to Tom H. Fowler and Seless Lane Fowler in Iowa Park, Texas. Moved to Amarillo at early age attended Amarillo public schools including old Amarillo High school. He proudly served in the US Army and his country.
Mack was a man of integrity, character, hard worker, loyal, honest and dependable. He worked for Merchant Fast Motor lines for 35 years as a truck driver and dock supervisor. From early teens he found ways to make extra money (paper routes, ice delivery, towing cars across the country, used car lot, buying and selling items of all kinds). He had many interests over the years hunting, fishing, water skiing, boating, camping, motorcycles, dancing, traveling the country, working on cars, or figuring out to fix anything. He always had a story to tell.
Mack is preceded in death by his parents Tom and Seless Fowler, 4 brothers; James Fowler, Tommy Fowler, Dale Fowler and Bruce Fowler, and wife Glenda Fowler. He loved his family and loved spending time with them even to his last days.
He is survived by his wife Peggy Brannon-Fowler, daughters Denise Farris and husband Ricky of Amarillo, Michele Henderson and husband David of Edmond, Ok, stepson Carl Tyson of Tulia and stepdaughter Amy Stewart and husband Kyle of Floydada. His precious grandchildren Kaleen Reyna, Cassiey Ripley, Dustin Henderson, Renee Herrman, Tricia Venhaus, Cynamon Tyson, Cody Tyson, Brannon Stewart, and Katelyn Stewart. 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter, and one brother David "Butch" and wife Shirley of Amarillo.
