Margaret Dempsey

Margaret "Maggie" Dempsey , 44, of Canyon, Texas, passed away on July 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Maggie was born on May 17, 1982, in Canyon, Texas, where she was raised. She graduated from Randall High School with the Class of 2000 and went on to build a dedicated career with Affiliated Foods, where she worked faithfully for 14 years.

On May 31, 2025, Maggie married the love of her life, Robin Smith. Together they shared a life built on love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to one another.

Maggie had a servant's heart and found great joy in caring for others. She was generous, compassionate, and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family. Whether gathering for holidays, sharing meals, or simply enjoying each other's company, those moments meant the world to her. She also had a special love for her beloved dogs, Hank and Tank, who were faithful companions and brought her endless joy.

She was preceded in death by her Dad, Robert Haney.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving wife, Robin Smith; her daughter, Jule Starks and husband, Bryce; her mother, Callie Haney; her brother, Kenneth Noggler and wife, Chelsea; her sister, Erin York and husband, Jay; her cherished grandsons, Aries "Ironman" Starks and Orion Starks; her nieces, Trinity Esparza and AnnaRuth Noggler; her nephew, Trevor York; as well as many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were enriched by her kindness and love.

Maggie will be remembered for her giving spirit, her compassionate heart, and the unconditional love she shared with her family and friends. Her warmth, generosity, and ability to make others feel cared for will leave a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

While her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
