Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Griggs Schooler Gordon Funeral Home Pioneer Chapel with Pastor Jerry Davey officiating.

Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell.

Mildred was born February 4, 1925 in Merkel, Texas to Joseph and Mamie Lee Odom Wilson. She grew up in and around Colorado City. In the early 40’s Millie moved to Amarillo and later in the early 50’s met and married Pete Crofford. She was a devoted housewife who loved sewing and cooking for her family. Mildred enjoyed country music and her afternoon soap operas. She had a special place in her heart for her small animal friends that she cared for up to the day of her passing. Mildred will be dearly missed.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, a sister, Margie White and 2 brothers, Frank and Merl Wilson

Mildred is survived by 2 sons, Michael and Terryl Crofford of Amarillo; a brother, Kenneth Wilson and wife Mary of Beulah Texas; and a sister, Billie Jones of Midland-Odessa

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 415 West 8th Ave, Ste. 300, Amarillo 79101
